FEATURES
These direct action valves offer 2 important operational safety features for the system in which they are used:
1) impossibility for the user to set pressure values higher than those specified in the catalogue by means of a mechanical stop (it is impossible to compress the spring completely);
2) another internal mechanical stop prevents temporary closing of the P line because of peaks of pressure.

FEATURES
The CMP direct acting relief valves series permit to limit the pressure in the hydraulic circuit and are suitable for continuous duty with quick response times. Cartridge in steel protected on surface by zinc plating. Manual setting within the range shown in the diagram.
FEATURES
The check-valves permit one-directional oil flow only. On the opposite side the sealing is guaranteed by a ball steel poppet. The spring permits an easy valve installation in any position. External steel body protected on surface by zinc plating.
FEATURES
The electrical valves of the “CRP04” series, are electrically controlled, 2-way/2-position directional valves. Sealing from “A” to “B” is guaranteed by a tapered poppet. Free passage from “B” to “A” is only allowed with the coil de-energised.
The normally closed valves can work with the coils in DC or AC. The normally open valves work with coils in DC while for applications in AC RAC coils must be used with a connector with built-in rectifier.
The tube sections are made in steel, externally protected by a zinc plating.
FEATURES
The pilotated acting relief valves series “VMP12” permit to limit the pressure in the hydraulic circuit and are suitable for continuos duty with quick response times. High resistance aluminium body.
Cartridge in steel protected on surface by zinc plating.
FEATURES
The “CRD04” series consist in 2 way/2 position direct operated cartridge solenoid valves. Sealing in both directions is guaranteed by a tapped poppet. The valves are supplied with plastic DC coils while for application in AC coil must be required the R1 variant (rectifier incorporated).
FEATURES
The valves of CSB series permit the flow control by means of a non-compensated restriction.
The restriction is possible in both direction and the regulation is obtained by turning to the left or right the screw or the hand wheel.
The valves are made completely in steel and are protected on surface by zinc plating.
A high degree of mechanical sealing is ensured along with negligible leakage.
FEATURES
The CSC valves controls the flow in one direction only, maintaining it constant regardless of oil pressure.
The restricting action is possible by turning the hand wheel to the right or left present with a set screw.
The valves are made entirely in steel externally protected by zinc planting.
.
FEATURES
The valves of “CPE” series permit an emergency manual intervention. The valves are a double directional normally closed valve. The release is obtained by pushing the bottom. The valves are made completely in steel and are protected on surface by zinc plating.
FEATURES
The 3/4-16UNF “CPM” cartridge pumps are available in 1cc and 2 cc / stroke versions. Normally used as manual emergency for small systems. Steel cartridge and body in die cast aluminium.
FEATURES
The VSC valves of series are pre-set pressure compensated flow control valves. They maintain a constant flow independent of load induced pressure.
FEATURES
The VCDF are flow regulated compensated with setting valves. They keep constant flow independently from oil pressure. They keep constant down speed independently from load value.
FEATURES
This valve is used on hydraulic power packs delay
actuator start up. It is housed directly on the GR1
pump’s auxiliary pressure inlet and are combined with
DC or single phases AC motors.
FEATURES
This logical one-way check valve guarantees an automatic unloading pressure in the hydraulic circuit (U to T) even to a low back-pressure on the “U” line, every time the flow through the P line stops. Using this valve permits to reduce the hydraulic circuit’s costs and his typical application are the small/medium sissor-tables.
FEATURES
The CRP04X series of valves are electrically-controlled, 2-way / 2-position directional valves, available in 12V and 24V versions.
The “2” to “1” seal is guaranteed by a tapered shutter.
Available in normally open (NA) or normally closed (NC) versions.
- NA, free passage (from “2” to “1”) with de-energised coil
- NC, free passage (from “2” to “1”) with energised coil or “1” to “2” with de-energised coil
The valves work with the coils in DC.
These coils have separate certification marking II 2 GD Ex d IIC T6/T85°C. The coils are supplied with a three-pole lead whose wires have a section of at least 1.5 mm² , lenght 1.5 m.
Operating intermittence: ED100% if the room temperature does not exceed
40 ° C. Degree of protection: IP67 according to EN 60529.
Supply voltage: must not exceed +5% / -10% of the nominal value. The sleeves are made of steel with galvanised surface protection. The CRP04X series of valves are Group II equipment, for use in areas classed for the presence of gas (category 2 G) and combustible dust (category 2 D). They are designed and manufactured according to the ATEX 94/9/EC directive, according to European standards: EN 1127-1, EN 13463-1, EN 13463-5.
The fluids used are hydraulic fluids for oil-pressure applications, such as: mineral oils, water-glycol solutions, biocompatible oils, etc.. whose viscosity ranges between 10 and 500 mm ² / s.
The coil used for the CRP04X series is certified for a room temperature range of -20 ° C / + 40 ° C; it is used with fluid temperatures up to +40 ° C.
