HIGH-FREQUENCY ELECTRIC VIBRATORS
The high frequency electric vibrators are produced in two separate series:
Serie ITV-VR electric vibrators of high variable frequency
Serie ITVAF electric vibrators with high fixed frequency
These electric vibrators have been specially designed for fixed and variable high frequency operation thanks to research into electrical and magnetic losses of magnetic laminations at high frequencies.
This is why low loss laminations have been installed since they are able to keep the temperature of the motor at low levels during
operation.
The results achieved include high efficiency and the high static torque at all frequencies used.

DIRECT CURRENT VIBRATORS MVCC-S02 SERIES
The new MVCC-S02 series 12/24 Volt direct current electric vibrators have been designed for use in places where mains electricity is not
available, and are particularly suitable for hoppers, silos and grilles on selfpropelled vehicles (truck
mixers, concrete pumps, plaster sprayers, salt sprinklers, gravel
spreaders, fertilizer spreaders, truck-mounted silos, sweepers and
filters). The electric motor features a new design, with permanent magnet
poles.
The electrical parts have been oversized to ensure high efficiency and constant service.

Electromagnetic compatibility tests conducted in a semi anechoic booth have allowed us to set up an EMC filter that ensures the machine conforms to the electromagnetic compatibility directives.
of machines and systems to identify the most suitable electric vibrator for the job in hand.IP 66 mechanical protection obtained thanks to a special metal core hitch and O-Ring seals in all exposed covers, plus the electrostatic surface coating and stove polymerizing treatment, all help towards guaranteeing that the MVCC-S02 series electric vibrators operate in an optimum way even in the most critical conditions of use: presence of liquids, corrosive substances, washing with powerful jets of water. The MVCC-S02 series electric vibrators are supplied with 2.5 meters of power flex covered in highly resistant special synthetic rubber. The new MVCC-S02 series electric vibrators feature reliability, safety and high performances recognized by the market as a whole. Experience acquired throughout over 40 years of specialization has allowed Italvibras to explicitly design the MVCC-S02 electric vibrators for these types of application. Thus, the mechanical and dimensional specifications such as centrifugal force and weight, fully suit the types of use expected in these sectors. Moreover, Italvibras is also able to advise manufacturers of machines and systems to identify the most suitable electric vibrator for the job in hand.

MICRO SERIES ELECTRIC VIBRATORS
The new Micro series, which includes electric vibrators M3/4, M3/20 and M3/45, represents the natural evolution of the previous series produced by
Italvibras. Experience acquired throughout years of work and specific workshop
tests, have allowed significant improvements to be applied to both the technical aspects and design of the new Micro
vibrators, so much so that the product has become even more reliable. The Micro series has been designed for continuous use in industrial processes that require smaller size electric vibrators with a lower centrifugal force.

|
|
Micro electric vibrators feature IP65 mechanical protection, a highly resistant light aluminium
alloy casing
and stainless steel weight covers.
Lubrication is not required as Long Life maintenance- free type bearing are
used. Micro electric vibrators are used in many different applications for the
feeding, conveying, sifting, sorting, separating and compacting processes carried out by automatic machines in the
chemical, food, pharmaceutical, packaging industries and for automation purposes in
general.

MVSS SERIES STAINLESS STEEL ELECTRIC VIBRATORSprotection from liquids, dusts, aggressive substances and contaminants thanks to the casing and external components, which are made of stainless steel. The electrical and mechanical specifications, external sizing and fastening systems are the same as the MVSI series and are known throughout the market for their reliability, safety and high performances.
|
|
|
|
The MVSS series, with its IP 66 mechanical protection degree and IK08 shock-resistance degree, has been designed to operate in all environments and conditions of use: vacuum encapsulation of the stator winding with special resin or the "drop by drop" impregnation method using two-pack resin in insulation class H,guarantee total safety for the electrical insulation and ensure that the winding is mechanically blocked, thus preventing damage caused by the high vibrations produced.
Vacuum encapsulating of the stator or "drop by drop" impregnation are chosen to suit the vibrator model.
Surface finishing and a new design allow process deposits (dusts, liquids, thick products, etc.) to flow and be eliminated more easily. Thanks to all these features, MVSS series stainless steel electric vibrators are best used in the chemical, petroleum chemistry, food, pharmaceutical, fish processing and ecology sectors and for all those applications where the vibrator must be fully protected against aggressive substances.

GUIDE TO CHOOSING THE ELECTRIC VIBRATOR
VIBRATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The systems that use the vibration technique can be divided into the following
categories:
• freely oscillating systems, which will be described in this guide
• oscillating systems bound to resonance, which require specific in-depth research. Please contact the Technical Sales Service of Italvibras if these systems are
required.
The free oscillation system includes two different methods:
• rotational:the vibrating force is directed in all directions through 360 ° in a rotational
way,either clockwise or anticlockwise.
• unidirectional:the vibrating force is directed in one single direction in fade-free sinoidal reciprocating mode.
The “rotational ” method is obtained by using a single electric
vibrator..
The “unidirectional ” method is obtained by using two electric vibrators with the same electro--mechanical
characteristics, each turning in the opposite direction to the
othero.
